Return Policy
Returns are permissible in the event that you have received defective merchandise.
YOU MUST REQUEST A RA# (Return Authorization Number) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE,
AFTER WHICH TIME IT WILL BE TOO LATE.
Fill out our Contact Us form. We will E-Mail you with the RA# and where to send the merchandise.
DO NOT MAIL the merchandise to us. If the merchandise is found to be defective, you will be given the same merchandise in exchange
or a payment refund minus shipping cost, whichever you prefer.
Please allow 2 weeks for returned items to be received and processed. In all cases, return shipping is your reponsibility.
For all other returns, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
In the event that the shipment appears in any way damaged when it is delivered by the mail carrier, it is your duty to notify
the carrier immediately as we will not be responsible for damaged shipments.
