     DB-Bucks on your next order from our catalog.

A: Yes, we have 192 page color catalog. You may request a FREE* catalog online. We publish catalogs every fall
     between August and September.Occasionally we receive so many new items that we revise our catalog early in the year.
  * There is a charge of $4.95 which is deductible from your 1st order.

A: No. We also do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

A: Orders paid thru PayPal are shipped via UPS.These prices include Gound Shipping Rates.
    On orders under $100 there is an additional charge.

A: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items or cartons are missing or damaged,
    be sure to note this on the freight bill. Keep the box until the UPS claim is filled. All discrepancies must be reported
    immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, be sure to call the freight carrier to report damage and
    file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in worksmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for
    damaged caused by the freight carrier. Defects in worksmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended
    warranty.
    Warranty does not include shipping and handling.

A: Returns are permissible in the event that you have received defective merchandise. YOU MUST REQUEST A RA# (Return
    Authorization Number) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, AFTER WHICH TIME IT WILL BE
    TOO LATE. Fill out our Contact Us form. We will E-Mail you with the RA# and where to send th merchandise. DO NOT
    MAIL the merchandise to us. If the merchandise is found to be defective, you will be given same merchandise in exchange,
    a payment refund minus shipping cost or credit for future orders.
    Please allow 2 weeks for returned items to be received and processed. In all cases, return shipping is the reponsibility of the
    buyer. For all other returns, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
    In the event that the shipment appears in any way damaged when it is delivered by the mail carrier, it is your duty to notify
    the carrier immediately as we will not be responsible for damaged shipments.
